Dr. Andrew Herring/Bridge Featured on NBC Bay Area News
Dr. Herring was interviewed around the fentanyl epidemic and needed interventions. As you all know, AHS is the original site for California Bridge – now a statewide program. Currently based at Highland, Bridge Clinic will be soon expanding to San Leandro Hospital – and hopefully beyond.
Many thanks to Andrew for leading and representing so well. And thanks to all of the incredibly dedicated Bridge physicians, PAs, RN’s, MA’s, pharmacists, SUNs, and support staff who make this critical service so easily accessible to our patients and community. Bridge is the very definition of what it means to be patient-centered. We are incredibly proud of the group and grateful for the care they offer so many patients – as well as equipping our physicians-in-training with the skills they need to care for addiction in their future practice.
